Anna Morgan has been serving in ministry since 1999—first as a youth pastor, then as a worship pastor, executive pastor, lead pastor, and now as a church consultant and mentor. Today, she co-pastors Word of Life Church in Springfield, Virginia, serves as Vice President of Academics at Ascent College, and teaches leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary.
Her calling is to see women thrive in leadership—not just for their own growth, but for the flourishing of the whole church and community.
I believe God has uniquely called women to lead alongside men, and when both thrive, the whole body of Christ grows stronger. My mission is to equip women with tools, courage, and biblical clarity so they can step into their leadership callings with confidence.
